This way of fitness, combined with the newest and most effective Milon devices, gives us the opportunity to achieve an optimal result during these workouts. It is therefore not (anymore) necessary to work up a sweat every day.

1. Can I take a free trial lesson?

Everyone gets a personal introductory meeting and tour of the club at the first appointment. This way you can see if the club appeals to you. Discuss which goals you want to achieve and we explain how we can best help you. Of course, the introductory meeting with tour is completely free!
