4. What is the minimum amount of my own funds required to open a club?<\/h3>\n <\/i>\n <\/div>\n\n

You need at least \u20ac50,000 of your own money (start-up capital). Most franchisees then opt for an additional loan and\/or crowdfunding to supplement the remaining portion. Of course, investing entirely with your own resources is also possible.<\/p>\n

A premium boutique club of Happy Bodies requires an investment of around \u20ac 150,000.00. This includes things like renovation & furnishing and start-up losses. The equipment can be brought in via a lease construction in which we guide the process.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

5. How long does a franchise agreement last?<\/h3>\n <\/i>\n <\/div>\n\n

Happy Bodies strives for a long, sustainable and above all enjoyable collaboration with its franchisees. The term of an agreement is 5 years, with an extension of 5 years each time.<\/p>\n

Naturally, it is important for both parties to have clearly and transparently mapped out all matters relating to the collaboration from both sides before the collaboration starts.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

6. What support can I expect from Happy Bodies?<\/h3>\n <\/i>\n <\/div>\n\n

Before the doors of your new Happy Bodies lifestyle club open, the entire team from the Happy Bodies Academy will be fully trained in the areas of lead follow-up, sales, marketing, management, the communication tools to be used and the Milon concept. At the opening (opening weekend), a number of the best sales people within Happy Bodies will be deployed to ensure a \u201cflying start\u201d together with your team. This is followed by a bi-weekly meeting with the regional manager who keeps a close eye on all processes and adjusts where necessary.<\/p>\n

Every 6-8 weeks there is a meeting between management and franchisee. Once per quarter there is a meeting with all franchisees. And last but not least: we are continuously working on concept development, which you as a franchisee will of course benefit from!<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

7. What does Happy Bodies' revenue model look like?<\/h3>\n <\/i>\n <\/div>\n\n

If you are seriously interested in talking to us, we would like to know a bit more about you first. You will have received our Inspiration Folder in advance. As soon as we have received the intake form, we will contact you (by phone). Based on this conversation, a follow-up appointment on location may or may not be scheduled.<\/p>\n

In advance, you will first receive an NDA 1 (non-disclosure agreement) on the basis of which we will send you an abbreviated manual and a calculation tool. With this, we can fill in some key figures together in a follow-up process that are based on your situation.<\/p>\n

If the interest is so great from us and you that we both want to start together, you sign a 2nd NDA. You will then receive the complete manual of Happy Bodies Franchise and you will have received all the information from us to be able to give substance to your own business plan with a corresponding revenue model.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
