I've tried everything already. I'm now 60+, and I felt that I really needed to get started now. With guidance. Which would take very little time per session. With results. Not too expensive. And most importantly, something I was willing to commit to. To commit fully. At the intake in January, I already knew it was going to happen! This was going to be it!\nNow 10 months later. 35 minutes twice a week is fine and I have been able to maintain it. There are two things that are so special about this gym:\n1. When you Happy Bodies Hilversum enter, you are not an anonymous athlete.\nIf, like me, you\u2019ve been out of the running for a while, you\u2019ll receive a personal email asking how things are going.\n2. Also kind to loyal customers.\nBeautiful, flattering offers for new customers are nice, but if you\u2019re a loyal customer, they don\u2019t do much for you.\nAt Happy Bodies Bij they do pay special attention to you as a loyal member and you regularly receive nice offers.\n\nSo you are not just a money machine, but you get all the care and attention you deserve.<\/p>\n

With the latest sports equipment and techniques.\nGood (1-on-1) guidance, attention, and time for the person.\n\nAfter not having played sports for a long time, I started at Happy Bodies, because it is also aimed at the older generation and you are personally guided there.
