Dit kan\u00a0leiden\u00a0tot een verhoogd risico op vallen, fracturen en een verminderde mobiliteit. Het verlies van spiermassa heeft niet alleen invloed op je fysieke prestaties, maar kan ook leiden tot een vertraagd metabolisme en een verhoogd risico op gewichtstoename, diabetes type 2 en andere gezondheidsproblemen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Krachttraining is king<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Gelukkig is er iets aan te doen. En angsten om te eindigen als een vrouwelijke Schwarzenegger die zijn ook absoluut\u00a0ongegrond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Voeding en levensstijl voor spiergezondheid<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Naast krachttraining \u2013 op de\u00a0juiste manier gecombineerd\u00a0met cardiovasculaire training \u2013 is een gezond voedingspatroon van essentieel belang om spiergezondheid te ondersteunen. Zorg ervoor dat je voldoende eiwitten binnenkrijgt, omdat deze bouwstoffen essentieel zijn voor spiergroei en -herstel. Daarnaast is het belangrijk om een evenwichtige en gevarieerde voeding te hebben, rijk aan vitamines en mineralen.
