Maar geloof ons: het tijdstip waarop je eet heeft verdraaid weinig invloed op je lichaamsgewicht. Wat uiteindelijk echt van belang is, is de totale hoeveelheid calorie\u00ebn die je gedurende de dag consumeert en hoeveel je er verbrandt. Calories in versus calories out (cico), daar draait het om. Wil je afvallen, dan moet je simpelweg meer calorie\u00ebn verbranden dan je tot je neemt. Het gaat dus niet om wanneer je eet, maar wat je eet en vooral hoeveel je eet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">Luister naar je lichaam<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Eten op een vast tijdstip kan praktisch zijn voor je dagelijkse routine, maar het is belangrijker om naar je lichaam te luisteren. Als je honger hebt na zes uur \u2019s avonds, eet dan gerust, maar neem dan bij voorkeur een gezonde snack. Kies voor voedzame opties, zoals groenten, fruit, magere eiwitten en gezonde vetten. Luister naar je verzadigingsgevoel en stop met eten wanneer je voldaan bent. Ons lichaam weet zelf het beste wanneer het voedsel nodig heeft.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 24pt;\">De rol van maaltijdplanning<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\">Het plannen van je maaltijden kan je helpen om een gezond eetpatroon te behouden, ongeacht het tijdstip van de dag.
