Dat roept beelden op van klappertanden, stijve spieren, rode neuzen en bevroren vingers. Niet heel verleidelijk, toch? Koude spieren voelen stram aan en vergroten de kans op blessures, zoals verstuikingen en verrekkingen. Geen wonder dat je liever een warme chocolademelk drinkt dan een frisse workout in de vrieskou doet.
