Privacy Agreement Happy Bodies Members

At Happy Bodies we take your personal data seriously. It is important that you know what happens to your data and what control you have over it. We therefore take all technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is protected against loss and unauthorized use or processing. In our company, only a limited number of people have access to your data. Communication with our servers via the internet is encrypted.

Happy Bodies will not pass on stored data to third parties, unless required by law or in case of misuse of our services. Training data is only processed anonymously for statistical purposes.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Processing personal data enables Happy Bodies to:

To create and optimize a training plan and to set up equipment automatically;
To carry out correct processing of the agreement;
Motivate members via email, social media, text message or telephone;
To send you current information about our services or promotions
You can unsubscribe from this service at any time (see below for viewing, changing or revoking data).

WHAT DATA IS PROCESSED

Basic information (such as: name, date of birth, address, email, telephone number, account number and duration of my agreement)
Training data (settings and training data recorded during each training, such as repetition, time of training and which exercises were performed)
Health-related data as recorded via health checks, surveys or voluntarily provided information (e.g. height, weight, blood pressure, injuries/complaints and possibly medication)
Other data as recorded via the survey on the website (such as, e.g., the membership test)

VIEW, CHANGE OR REVOKE DATA

Upon simple request to the person responsible, you can view, modify or revoke your data at your location.
You can have your data changed or revoked at any time by email: ledenadministratie@happybodies.nl
Milon Care: you can view, adjust or revoke your data at any time via the MilonME app, the Milon terminal in your branch or www.milonme.com. However, completely removing your data from Milon Care makes it impossible to use the Milon devices, but does not constitute termination of the agreement.

IMAGES

At the Happy Bodies location, footage is regularly made to be placed online with the aim of motivating and supporting members and building a Happy Bodies community. Members who voluntarily participate in a recording (photos, video) are assumed to be aware of this. However, if you do not wish this, you can report this here and/or inform the lifestyle coach at the time of the recording. The recording will be removed/adjusted upon simple request. You can adjust or revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to ledenadministratie@happybodies.nl.

By signing this form I give Happy Bodies permission to process medical data (height, weight, injuries, etc.) about me. I am entitled to withdraw this permission at any time, as explained in this agreement. This permission is valid as long as the agreement between me and Happy Bodies continues.
