Happy Bodies was born from a clear vision and years of experience by seasoned entrepreneurs in the fitness industry. As a result, processes, partners, and products have been carefully and professionally brought together. The power of collaboration and mutual reinforcement flows seamlessly from this.

Happy Bodies also targets an ever-growing demographic: less active (35+) athletes! This market is constantly expanding, and thanks to the small-scale nature of our unique concept—combined with optimal safety—it perfectly meets the (growing) market demand.

You need a minimum of €75,000 in personal equity (starting capital). Most franchisees subsequently choose an additional loan and/or crowdfunding to cover the remaining amount. Investing entirely with your own funds is, of course, also possible.

A premium boutique club of Happy Bodies requires an investment of around €250,000.00. This includes costs such as renovation, interior design, and startup losses. The equipment can be brought in via a lease construction, in which we guide the process.

Happy Bodies strives for a long-term, sustainable, and, above all, enjoyable partnership with its franchisees. The term of the agreement is 5 years, with subsequent renewals of 5 years each.

Of course, it is important for both parties to have clearly and transparently outlined all aspects of the collaboration from both perspectives before the collaboration begins.

Before the doors of your new Happy Bodies lifestyle club open, the entire team receives comprehensive training from the Happy Bodies Academy in lead follow-up, sales, marketing, management, the communication tools to be used, and the Milon concept. At the opening (opening weekend), some of the best sales professionals within Happy Bodies are deployed to work with your team to ensure a flying start. This is followed by bi-weekly consultations with the regional manager, who closely monitors all processes and makes adjustments where necessary.

Every 6 to 8 weeks, consultations take place between management and the franchisee. Once a quarter, there is a meeting with all franchisees collectively. And last but not least: we are continuously working on concept development, which you as a franchisee naturally benefit from!

As soon as we receive the intake form, we’ll contact you (by phone). Based on that conversation, we’ll determine whether or not to schedule a follow-up meeting on-site.

First, you’ll receive an NDA 1 (non-disclosure agreement), based on which we’ll send you an abridged manual and a calculation tool. This will allow us to work together in a follow-up process to fill in some key figures based on your situation.

If both you and we are interested enough to want to start working together, you’ll sign a second NDA. You’ll then receive the complete Happy Bodies Franchise handbook, and by that point, you’ll have received all the information you need from us to develop your own business plan and revenue model.

Happy Bodies obviously has a view of the “white spots” in the Netherlands where there are still opportunities to start a successful lifestyle club. Usually, a franchisee already has a location in mind.

Based on our criteria we look at whether the location is really suitable. A good location is "key" so we look at it critically.
